"Delicious Propolis" Awarded the Food Technology Grand Prize

The water-soluble propolis product ‘Delicious Propolis’ of Unique Biotech Co., Ltd. earned the 2022 Food Technology Grand Prize from the Korea Food Research Institute.

Delicious Propolis was developed with the support of FOODPOLIS (Korea Food Industry Cluster Promotion Agency), and is touted for being ingestible without water and having an excellent taste and aroma. By ingesting 1 packet (2g) per day, you can take care of both taste and function by meeting the daily intake standard (17mg/ flavonoid standard by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety).

The product was launched in October last year and is being sold in 13 stores nationwide as an OEM product on online channels such as Coupang, Naver Smart Store, and Costco Korea. In addition to winning the Food Technology Grand Prize, it was designated as a next-generation world-class product by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy in 2021.

Meanwhile, the Korea Food Research Institute, which holds the ceremony every year since 2016, awarded us the Food Technology Grand Prize and served to validate the excellence of our food technology and strengthen product competitiveness with the aim of discovering excellent products for all food products produced and launched in Korea to be recognized for excellence. This year's awards ceremony was held on the November 2nd at the Korea Food Research Institute's Family Business Hall during the 17th Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition (2022 COEX FOOD WEEK).
